Stuff You Might Like To Know...

Delivery

We aim to post your book(s) to you within 10 days of your order. If we can't honour this for any reason we will let you know by email. Please contact us if you haven't received your book or heard from us after 10 days. Book(s) will usually be sent to UK addresses by second class post (postage and packaging included in the price). Book(s) will usually be sent to overseas addresses by airmail with postage costs per book as follows:

Europe = £2.50
All other destinations = £4
(Please note that prices may change according to Royal Mail charges).

Tax Charges

Books have no VAT charged on them. However, if you live outside the UK you may have to pay customs duties, import taxes or other fees on receipt of the goods - this will depend on which country you live in. These costs are your responsibility. Please contact your local customs office for further information if necessary.

Returns

We hope your book(s) will arrive in fantastic condition and that you will be happy with your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied we will provide a replacement or give you your money back if you return your book(s) within 30 days. Sorry, but postage costs will not be refunded.

We will not share your details with third parties or use them for any purpose other than to process your order and/or inform you of new books published by Funkydoodledoo.

Environment

Funkydoodledoo is a small business based in a home office where we use electricity from Good Energy (100% renewable sources), use energy efficient lightbulbs and appliances, turn things off when we're not using them, recycle and/or compost as much waste as possible and keep extra warm by trumping a lot! Our books are printed by a local printer on chlorine free recycled paper using vegetable based inks and are posted to you in Jiffy bags padded with recycled paper. 10% of our profits will go to Climate Care to fund sustainable energy projects around the world, not to 'offset' our actions as such, but because we want to 'doodledoo' our bit.
